Our heated holding cabinet is designed to bring the kitchen to your guests, ensuring dishes are served at optimal temperatures. Constructed with double-walled high-quality ABS and a metal epoxy frame, it guarantees excellent insulation, maintaining temperatures above 65°C. The adjustable digital thermostat ranges from 30°C to 90°C, catering to various dish requirements. Equipped with a push handle, four castors (two with brakes), and a spiral cord, it offers mobility and stability. Compatible with 1/1 gastronorm trays, this warming trolley is essential for high-demand catering operations.

For optimal performance, regularly check the thermostat settings and ensure the cabinet is not overloaded. Clean the ABS surfaces with non-abrasive cleaners to maintain its quality. Ensure castors are locked during service to prevent movement.

All Spiteri products are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty, inclusive of both parts and labour. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery
