Spiteri Catering has been supplying and installing commercial kitchen equipment across Malta and Gozo for over thirty years. Every installation we complete ends up at the heart of someone’s business: a hotel kitchen, a restaurant line, a café counter. When it is fitted properly, nobody notices. When it is not, everybody does.
We are growing our installation team and we are looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in getting it right first time. Someone who can lead on site, work well alongside others, and solve problems calmly when the job does not go exactly to plan.

This is an installation position working on site at hotels, restaurants and commercial kitchens across Malta and Gozo. You will be installing and commissioning a wide range of professional catering equipment, from cooking lines and ovens to refrigeration, dishwashing and food preparation equipment.
The work involves reading site requirements, coordinating with clients and contractors, and making sure every piece of equipment is fitted safely, correctly and ready for service. Kitchens often run to tight opening deadlines, so you will need to be organised, reliable and able to keep a job moving.
You will work closely with our delivery and service teams, and there will be opportunities to lead on installations and support less experienced colleagues as the team grows.
Fluency in English and Maltese is essential. Italian is a strong advantage.
A proven track record with installation jobs is essential. Experience with commercial kitchen or catering equipment is a strong advantage.
A natural team leader who is equally comfortable as a team player. Energetic, a confident problem solver and willing to learn.
A valid driving licence is required. Applicants holding a C1 licence will be given preference.
