Festacci asked us for everything. Not just the kitchen, not just the equipment. The full project: front of house through to the cooking line, designed and fitted as a single piece of work. This post covers both.
What guests see first.

Walk into Festacci and the room does something to you before you have even been shown to your seat. Cascading greenery hangs from the ceiling. A long run of mustard-yellow banquette seating curves through the space. Terracotta chairs sit against the tables. Neon glows. The food counter runs the length of the room, stacked with pastries and plates, lit warmly under the Festacci sign. It is a beautiful space, and it was designed and fitted by the Spiteri Catering team.

We say this not to overclaim, but because it matters. Spiteri Catering is known as a commercial kitchen supplier and installer, and rightly so. But a kitchen does not exist in isolation. The front-of-house environment that guests walk into is every bit as much a part of the operation as the range behind the pass, and we have the in-house expertise, the equipment, and the design capability to deliver both. Festacci is probably the clearest demonstration of that we have produced to date.

The kitchen: built to perform
Beyond the front of house, the kitchen at Festacci is a serious piece of work. The scale alone tells you something: this is a high-volume, high-pressure operation, and the brief called for a setup that could sustain it.
At the centre of the kitchen is a full Bertos S900 series cooking island. The S900 is the top of the Bertos range, and it is there for a reason. Cooking islands of this specification are built for continuous, intensive use, and the layout gives the team the working configuration they need to run a kitchen of this size without compromise. Every position on the line has been thought through. Nothing is there by default.

Refrigeration across the kitchen is handled by ISA Italy, and if you work in professional catering you will know what that means. ISA is among the most respected names in commercial refrigeration, and the installation at Festacci reflects that. Cold storage here is not an afterthought; it is an integrated part of how the whole kitchen functions.
The combi oven setup features the Unox ChefTop X series. The ChefTop X is a precise, intelligent piece of equipment, and seeing it in a kitchen at this scale is a reminder of why professional operators choose it. Consistent results, across multiple covers, service after service. That is what it is built to deliver, and that is what it does.

The bigger picture
A project like Festacci does not come together easily. The scope ran from initial design right through to final installation across both the back and the front of house, and holding that together requires a team that communicates well, plans carefully, and executes with care when it matters. We are very pleased with how this one came together, and we are grateful to the client for trusting us with the full scope of the work.
