The unit is equipped with a base cabinet and garnish unit, supported by cooling, and includes six 1/9-100 deep GN containers, making it a comprehensive solution for professional kitchens aiming to innovate their dessert offerings.

For optimal performance, ensure the Ice Teppanyaki is regularly cleaned and maintained. Use the defrost pedal to quickly transition temperatures, and store ingredients in the provided GN containers to maintain freshness. Avoid overloading the unit to ensure efficient operation.

All Spiteri products are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty, inclusive of both parts and labour. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery
