Product Description - Gas fryer 13+13 liters on cabinet with door

VIRTUS Gas fryer with pressed working top in stainless steel AISI 304, 20/10 thickness. Equipped with drain valve installed in the lower neutral cabinet. Heating by heat exchange pipes located inside the well. Stainless steel horizontal flame burners with pilot burner and piezo ignition. Gas supply by thermostatic valve with thermocouple. Oil temperature controlled by mechanical thermostat with adjustment up to 190°C. Equipped with safety thermostat.
