VIRTUS The spiral mixer is the ideal machine for pizzerias, pastry- shops, bakeries and families. The particular shape of the spiral allows to obtain a perfectly mixed dough in few minutes. The bowl, the spiral, the central column and the protection grate are in stainless steel. The transmission system is particulary silent as it is made of oil bath gearmotor. All the machines are provided with dough-breaker.
