VIRTUS Cook&Hold is an appliance for cooking at low temperature, production and holding. Constant temperature in the cooking chamber, both during cooking and holding phase, thanks to the static heat. Manual programming. Electronic control. Manual venting allows the humidity level to be regulated. Feet unscrewable and with suction cup, allows easy mounting on the worktop. Core temperature probe ergonomic and very sturdy handle makes it suitable for frequent and heavy use. No ventilation prevents the product from drying out without having to humidify the cooking chamber and thus consume water.

All Spiteri products are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty, inclusive of both parts and labour. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery
