VIRTUS The GLB0123 EVOLUTION model is the right solution for restaurateurs who need to wash a large number of plates, trays and bakery trays while having limited space at their disposal, with the guarantee of a maximum throughput of 40 baskets/hour (880 plates/hour). Thanks to the dedicated basket, it is in fact possible to wash GN 1/1 trays up to 65 mm high, crates and 600×400 pastry trays while maintaining the measurements of a convenient undercounter dishwasher. Thanks to the powerful wash pump and the Ø30mm washing impellers, removing the most stubborn dirt will not be your problem. The drain pump allows you to manage the drainage automatically and to perform a partial freshwater change at each wash cycle.
