VIRTUS Smooth top plate, counter top. 12 mm thick griddle plate in ST 47 steel. 3 mm thick splash guard. Stainless steel grease collection drawer under front panel. Sloped cooking surface for easy maintenance with drain. Large sized draining drawer. Machined grooved plate. Thermocouple safety device connected to the burner. Insulated to prevent overheating and energy loss. Round corners to easy proper cleaning.
