Temperature range: from – 60 to + 230°C (for ovens, microwaves and freezers) Size of the baking moulds: 175x300 mm (GN 1/3) For optimal using please note the following points: • Let cool down the products before extraction. • Never use baking moulds on heat sources (fire, grill,electric plates). • Never cut your products directly in the moulds. • Never clean the moulds with abrasive sponge or detergents. The moulds should be washed after use, only by hand.
